I used to be a mixtape making fiend. I loved sharing and expressing my musical tastes. Put a friend onto new music and ultimately make someone’s world a better place. So
not a day goes by that I’m not frustrated by the current state of music streaming playlists. With better technology and more ubiquity, it should be easier than ever to find, share and enjoy music. However even with all of these great companies in the race we still don’t have it right.
In terms of playlists, I’m simply looking for two things:
An easier way to create and share mixes (using my music and what’s available in the world).
A great way to find awesome playlists.
That seems to not exist out there. I was at a dinner party last night and we all asked "Where is the Blood Moon mix?" It wasn't
on any service
we could find. I’m hoping we figure this out before the next Blood Moon.
